TERMS & CONDITIONS
* Rates are per room per night and inclusive of tax (VAT. 15%).
* Your VALID credit card will not be charged unless stated and only be used as a guarantee of your arrival.
* Full payment will be taken by the hotel at time of arrival or departure from your hotel. Hotels-london does not take payment.
*A photo i.d. is required to present with the guest credit card on check in.

CREDIT CARD VALIDATION -IMPORTANT
Please ensure you use a VALID credit card at the time of booking. Your credit card will not be charged, only used as a guarantee - HOWEVER, your card may be validated prior to arrival. In the event your credit card does not authorise (not charged) your booking will be immediately CANCELLED. You will have to re submit new valid credit card details and have availability re checked at the time of doing so.

Please note: 25% of the total of your stay is taken from your card upon booking and the remaining balance is taken 14 days prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION - FEES
* Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to arrival can be made without charge.
*Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival, you will be charged the full cost of the booking

AMENDMENTS
Hotels London should be informed of any changes or alterations to your booking, including longer or shorter stays, so as to avoid any unnecessary charges.
