| Hotel was well above level expected. Large suite, friendly and very helpful staff. Suite was well laid out and well appointed. Room service at 3am was very limited in choice, understandably. Buffet breakfast was well presented and well prepared. Excellent value for money and would feel comfortable recommending it to others. | |

| A peaceful haven in a superb location. Our twin room was more than adequate, very clean and the hotel itself offers a genteel atmosphere not often found in this frenetic world of ours. Staff friendly & efficient - I'll be back! | |

| My sister and I shared a standard room at the Regency for 4 nights and were extremely pleased. Wine and cheese tray in the lobby after a hard day tramping through the museums was heaven. Yes the rooms are small (as are all London hotels) but not unmanageable, the bathroom was modern, clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, light snack in the evening was really good and excellent value. Would highly recommend. | |

| The staff was excellent - very polite/friendly/helpful and went out of their way to find transportation to the theatre for me when the tube wasn't operating during a power failure. It's located in a nice, quiet area just a few minutes walk from the South Kensington tube sta. Definitely take advantage of the breakfast buffet - it's outstanding - and the afternoon tea. I liked this hotel so much that I'm staying there again next month. Yes, the room was a tad on the smallish side. Who cares? | |

| A great location in one of London's quieter streets - lovely leafy avenue! We arrived at lunchtime on Saturday of a bank holiday weekend (by car) and were very pleasantly surprised to find we could park right outside hotel until Monday evening for free (parking meters, weekends and bank holidays no charge). Obviously didn't use the car all weekend, taxi rank in front of hotel, Harrods 10mins. walk, very good shops and restaurants on doorstep, including the lovely Pizza Organic on Old Brompton Road, and a Lamborghini garage to keep the car fanatics happy! Would definitely stay here again. | |

| Excellent location for london sites and shoppping. Our room was on the small side not a lot of room to move around, the staff were lovely and very helpful, also the breakfast was very good, but evening dinner not so good. | |

| Spent a week at this South Kensington location. This was the first time I actually found a hotel I enjoyed staying in in London. The room was larger than I thought for a single, extremely comfortable and contained everything that I needed. It was also great to have both a bath and shower! I can't over look the great full English Breakfest each morning, plus you had plenty of time to enjoy it! 7 to 11:30 is plenty of time if you wanted to sleep in. I found the service and staff excellent. Only thing I didn't like was the phone charges. Will definately stay again next time I am in London. |

| excellent location to tube, south kensington surroundings. staff was very friendly. buffet breakfast was very good every day. room was on the small side, but adequate for the amount of time spent in room. our room needed 1 or 2 more electrical outlets in bedroom, only had 1 outlet. Bathroom was fine | |

| Having stayed in some really small rooms in London I was wary after reading previous reports. No problem, I would say they are not big rather than saying small. They do have everything you need, and are clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast excellent. Very good value for money for it's position. | |
