| Generally, I was vey pleased with my stay. Although I am very comfortable with technology, I had a very difficult time trying to make use of the TV for internet access. | |

| I spent last weekend in your hotel with my friend. We loved the hotel, were happy with the room, very good breakfasts and dinner in Olives on Monday night was superb. The tarte tatin was heavenly. I will definitely come again. Very conveniently situated next to Gloucester Road tube station. | |

| This is a very nice hotel. Lovely lobby. Nice bar. Rooms vary. Our first had a moldy ceiling around the air conditioner. I looked at a couple of others and ended up in a really nice one with two windows looking out onto the main cross streets. Ask to see the room before you check in. | |
